Management Analyst

Kyyba, Inc. has an opening for the position of Management Analyst (Ref# MA43SVS).

Work Location:  28230 Orchard Lake Rd., Suite 130, Farmington Hills, MI 48334.  Position may telecommute/work remotely 2 days per week.  Position requires up to 20% domestic travel.

Job Duties:  Coordinate a portfolio of IT services projects for Talent Management and staffing/resource planning along with creation and implementation of employment contracts and payment agreements.  Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in multisite organizations.  Collaborate with IT, Security, Accounts Payable, Benefits, Payroll, Tax, Procurement, Managed Service Provider, and third-party vendors to provide recommendations for operational efficiency and compliance controls.  Design and execute creative solutions, implementing new Talent Management processes for hiring in IT and other operational business.  Provide strategic direction and support to a team of professionals to implement new talent hiring programs.  Gather requirements and generate initial data to produce user interface and process requirements.  Create requirements after analyzing user profiles.  Assemble, analyze, and evaluate data to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business stakeholders and the project team.  Manage requirements at the project level that can help fulfill business needs.  Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.

Requirements:  This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.  Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered a related occupation.  40hrs/week.
