Bachelor, Industrial Engrg, Mechanical Engrg, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related. 60 mos exp as Operations Group Manager, Facilities Manager, Facilities Area Manager, or related, planning, managing &controlling facilities portfolio consisting of million+ sq. ft. of commercial & industrial facilities w/ multiple large commercial properties, 24/7 coverage &3 shift op, & acting as key decision maker to review & resolve major operational, maintenance, & facilities issues w/ regard to asset infrastructure incl.
