Electrical Resident Engineer/Inspector

Job Description – Coordinate and perform construction administration tasks internally & externally including the following: construction cost estimating; perform submittal reviews; meet with clients, contractors, and stakeholders; respond to Contractor Request for Information; perform electrical field inspections and Contractor quantity verifications; City required Special Electrical Inspections; witness testing and commissioning of electrical equipment, review Contractor pay applications and change order requests; perform final contractor as-built reviews and other tasks as required. This position may involve multiple overnight travel within the states of Arizona and Colorado, as well as possible nighttime work. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Experience – Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrical engineer or inspector/ journeyman electrician, in the Industrial/Commercial/Aviation/Institutional Fields. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) software is required.

Requirements- Driver's License. Work authorization. Employment offer contingent on passing a background check. 

Location- Fountain Hills, AZ

Pay Rate: $35-$45 / hour
