Sumitomo Electric U.S.A. Inc. seeks candidates for a Technical Sales Manager position at its office in Irvine CA. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in the new product development and sales/marketing of undersea optic fiber cables and data center products including cables, connectivity and cabinets using network topology of hyper scale for colocation data centers; design and development of new optical products and supporting patent applications; and optimizing logistics and inventory control operation with Microsoft Excel to reduce costs. Salary range$75k - $86k. Standard benefits. Travel required to customers' sites, factories, OEM manufacturers site around the world 2 to 3 times a month. Each stay will last no more than 3 to 5 days.
