Evaluate food process and storage operation & assist in development of quality assurance programs for such operations; review new regulations re: & scientific lit; analyze citrus juice components & develop lemon beverage prototypes; test new procedures ensure adherence to government and industry standards; prepare food/beverage samples for clients; provide technical support; develop new ways of food processing/storage using knowledge of chemistry/microbiology; conference with appropriate personnel to resolve problems in product development; study structure/composition of food/changes food undergoes in storage and process.
Requires Master in Food Science. NJ worksite, 40 hours/week. Salary: $70,000/year.
